Private double room in a large family home

We are a friendly family of four (Esther, Nick and two sons Hamish and Fraser) who have a double room to rent either for a short period or longer term to a professional/student who may be looking to live in the area or a stop gap whilst looking for a flat/house of their own. We would certainly consider couples for shorter term lets.

We have a lovely, recently renovated house situated in the upmarket Queens Park area positioned over three floors with two bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen, dining area, living room and back garden with plenty of seating - great for entertaining. (we have lots of space!) All bills will be included which makes it easier to manage and all you need to worry about is the rent.

As a family we are super relaxed and love our home. We have always rented both the house and room on other sites and have become good friends with some of the guests that have stayed with us in the past.

If you choose to rent our double room - this is your home and we would share our house with you. Access to the living room, kitchen and garden is yours! Our kids bedrooms of course are private!

We love meeting new people and your guests are welcome - however this is a family home and we want to keep it that way so no parties please!

We also love cooking and would welcome you to join us on occasions if you wish. Whilst you are with us we'd see you as part of the family and would want you to feel comfortable in making the most of our beautiful home.
