Room to rent in central Brighton near Station

We are a group of young professionals looking for a like minded, laid back person to join our flat in central Brighton.

The property is just around the corner from the North Laines as well as Sainsbury's, Aldi and Co-op. The flat is nice and sunny on the top floor of our building with a patio/balcony. All bills included with good heating.

There are two bathrooms; both have toilets, one has a bath, the other has a shower.

We are preferably looking for a male to balance out the flat but don't mind too much. The new occupant has to be relaxed, tidy and a full time professional (not night work, shift work, or a student). This isn't a party flat but we do enjoy hanging out in the living room or occasionally going for a drink together.

The room has a built in desk space and clothes rail, with plenty of room for a double bed. There are two skylights which let in loads of light (good for having plants in your room).
