1 room for rent in 3 bed house with garden :)

I have a spare room available in my home from late March.

The room has beautiful restored pine floors, a pine bed with great mattress and wooden furniture. It's on the 1st floor. It's £600 per month, inclusive of all bills and a cleaner that comes once every two weeks. There’s a lovely big shared living room with a woodburning stove and no plans for a TV. One bathroom to share between 3 people.

It’s a 20 min walk to Brighton city centre, 25 min walk to Brighton train station and 40 min walk to the sea. Also lots of buses and quickest to get everywhere by bike.

I’m returning to an art degree at Brighton Uni in Feb 2022 (previously a nurse), and will be spending much of the next three years focused on that. I love yoga, singing, playing guitar, art, dancing, swimming… in the sea... I’d love to find someone I get on well with to join the house and would love to share making meals once or more a week/ the organic veg box. Someone that knows a bit about gardening would be an absolute bonus but not essential! ;) Trained pets are welcome, as are gatherings but not parties! I love a coffee on the roof terrace :) The cabin is my space but you are welcome to use it when I'm not around!
