Short-term room let in house with garden :)

Hi, Hannah here.

I have a double bedroom available in my home from 6th November for 2 -3 months. The house has a creative, homely atmosphere. The bedroom has restored pine floors, a pine bed with great mattress, chest of drawers & clothes pole. Space for a desk. There’s a big living room with a woodburning stove and no TV. Spacious kitchen, with big oven. There is also a garden cabin/studio.

I am a friendly person, who enjoys meditation, hiking and wild swimming. I won't be around a lot during this period. I live with a 30 year old female who works in environmental sustainability, mostly from home. She enjoys creative projects, campaigning, yoga and dancing. I'm looking for a kind and responsible professional or mature student to rent the room/ space.

It’s a 20 min walk to Brighton city centre, 30 min walk to Brighton train station and 40 min walk to the sea. Also lots of buses and quickest to get everywhere by bike; space for a bike in the house or garden. Parking with resident permit available or free nearby parking.

Rent: £550 per month, inclusive of all bills except gas/elec which will be split between the three of us (should come to between £150-£300 over winter so an extra £50-£100). A cleaner comes once every two weeks, inclusive. Council tax band C (included).
If you would like to use the garden cabin as a creative space, you would be welcome. The wifi doesn't reach the cabin.
