Hey! I will be moving out of this student 6 bed property end of December/early January so my room will be available. It’s a spacious double bed room located on the top of the house.

The room includes a desk, fully functioning sink with cabinets underneath and a wardrobe.

The location is perfect! Great links to both universities with the bus stop located at the end of the road. Station is approx 20 minute walk away. Large supermarkets also located on Lewes Road as well as lovely coffee shops and convenience stores.

The other tenants are all in 2nd year at the Uni of Sussex and like going out frequently and socialising.

Bills are included with this property! Also includes a washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen, two ovens and two fridge/freezers.

You will need a Uk guarantor or if not available to pay the last three months rent up front. Deposit is £650 and would also need to pay a holding fee for the room (which would mean reduced first month rent) Tenancy finishes in August 2020.
