Medium sized double room available in central Brighton, the room is partly furnished, with bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, bedside table and sofa, if you have your own furniture we can discuss with the landlord.

North street is a few minutes walk away with most of the major bus routes! Beach is 1 minute walk away.

There are three bedrooms within the flat with a shared bathroom and kitchen and no other communal areas. With decent updated kitchen.

Most bills included in the property, inc. free WiFi. Except the electricity this is charged per person per month maximum around £40.

Pretty much keep ourselves to ourselves all flatmates are currently working and in hospitality work long hours.

It’s not a ‘homely home’ but the location is amazing 30 seconds from seafront but the flat is simple - there is no washing machine due to the old building closest laundrette is 10 mins walk.

Rent is due first of each month, and is available in from 11th January please no couples. We are asking for £200 deposit to secure the room, sign contract before payment and paid back on departure.
