North street is a few minutes walk away with most of the major bus routes! Beach is 1 minute walk away.

It’s not a ‘homely home’ but the location is amazing 30 seconds from seafront but the flat is simple - there is no washing machine due to the old building closest laundrette is 10 mins walk.

Rent is due first of each month, and is available in from 1st August please no couples We are asking for £200 deposit to secure the room, sign contract before payment.
