The letting agency has offered a change in tenants’ agreement. The contract is 12 months with a 6 months exit.

The flat is modern, has it's own washing machine, bathtub, shower and nice little kitchen with inbuilt stove and oven.

I am a young professional often with long working hours. It's important to me to have my own space when I come home but also don't want to be strangers.

Looking for someone who shares a mutual respect when using the common areas so that we don't leave things in a state where it's inconvenient for the other to use it.
