Bright, double room in large family house.

Spacious double room for independent living in large family home. We are looking for a lodger and are happy to accept any length of stay including term time/ short term rental, Monday to Friday if required. Would suit professional or or a mature student.
We are approximately 20 minutes walk from the hospital, 30 minutes to Brighton university, 15 minutes to sea front, 20 minutes to train station. One minute from bus stop for buses to town centre, hospital and universities.
Near a local park, tennis courts, swimming pool, small shops, cafes and pubs.
The room is on the ground floor and has a bathroom on this floor which would mainly be used by the lodger.
My husband and I and our daughter live here. We have a friendly cat.
There is a pretty patio garden with table and chairs.
We have a large kitchen and dining room.
In the week we need a reasonably quiet house because of work/ college so would like someone who is happy to fit in with this. Weekends are more relaxed!
