Double bedroom to rent in Central Location

I am looking for a kind, clean, open-minded and fun lodger to join me and another lodger from the start of June. A double bedroom is available on the ground floor with storage/large wardrobe, bed and a desk. Opposite the bedroom is a toilet and shower (no one else uses this shower currently, so it's like an en suite!).

You'll be living with two other, a newly qualified male GP (who recently bought the property after being a tenant for a number of years) and a female yoga teacher, both with quite busy lifestyles working and socialising, and good cooks when around! We like going out to events, travelling, and sea swimming. We both eat mainly vegetarian so another veggie would be ideal as we often share food/meals.

There is a large shared lounge (with projector, instruments and board games) and kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine), and top floor bathroom with bath and shower, also a garage for bike storage only. No parking available I'm afraid (wait list for permit up to a year!). Pets welcome!

Property is 1 minute from the popular west pier/beach/i360 and 4 minutes from churchill square shopping centre and Sainsbury's etc. 15 mins max to the station, brilliant location! 🙂 £700, including bills.
