Lovely and sunny, fully furnished single room with ensuite shower room in house share including garden and bright kitchen. The house has gas central heating, good storage including loft and shed for bikes. On a quiet street with free on-street parking. The room is fully furnished including; single bed, desk, chair and wardrobes. There is a small shared lounge. This is a friendly houseshare with nice people and would suit somebody with similar temperament. Mix of nationalities but all speak English. Very good bus links (2 mins walk away) to the Marina ( which can walked in 15 mins) Brighton central or Hove. Walking distance to Sussex hospital.
Rent covers all bills including fast internet.
Will consider a short-term lets at a higher rent (based on rental period)
No smoking in the house but smoking in the garden.
