Double Room with Garage Storage

Hello future flatmate,

We are Eve and Ivy, 2 working professionals looking for a third flatmate to complete our trio.

About the flat

Our warm, quiet and cosy 3 bedroom purpose built flat is located behind St Peter's church and a short 10 mins (7mins if you take the short cut) walk to London Road shops. A 15 mins walk or less will take you to the Pier, Brighton station, Queens Park, Kemp Town and North Laines.

The flat is GFCH, double glazed with an intercom system and council tax band B.

You'll share with us bathroom (with bath & shower), seperate WC, kitchen and a large fully furnished lounge leading to a balcony perfect for those sunny days (when it finally reaches the UK).

Outside the flat is a garage which is used for storage for all tenants in the block.

The room is unfurnished small double which can fit a double bed, a chest of drawers, wardrobe and other furniture.

The current flatmate is willing to leave brand new large spacious wardrobe, chest of draws & bedframe for a price. Please let us know on viewing if you would like them.

Friends, families & guest are welcome to visit/stay over, we just ask you give us a heads up.

About us:

We are two professional females of Polish & Ghanaian background who both love cooking, music, cycling and getting outside as much as possible. We have a laugh, chats and cook together around the flat.

We place a lot of value in respecting each other's space and being considerate to one another. We keep the flat very clean and tidy and share chores equally. We don't appreciate loud or inconsiderate behaviour as we have done house shares before and want a quiet life

Most importantly we never judge how much baileys/wine the other has at a given time :)
