Single room spare for summer 2020

Hi, we have a single room that we need to fill from summer 2020 for the oncoming year, (available July until assumably next June/July). We are 3 graduating masters students by the time summer comes. House is very nice, close to marina and 15 min walk to town. Permitted parking outside. Lived in the house 7 months already and not had a single issue. Please message for photos of the room. The room comes with bed, draws, desk with chair and hanger for clothing.
