Twin/Double Room

Hi, I have a Double/Twin room. Single beds for two full time students or the option of a double bed for a single full time student, available from 27th November in Brighton, East Sussex, BN1. £250 month each person if sharing the room or £500 for a single person, £200 deposit each person, rent in advance each week or month from moving in date. All bills included; also Broadband, Netflix, large tv, bedroom tv with Freeview box, washing machine, kitchen supplies available, brand new cooker and large American Fridge/Freezer, new orthopaedic beds, new mattresses and protective covers, under bed storage for each bed, solid wooden furniture throughout, central heating, flat and communal areas cleaned once a week, communal gardens with outside washing lines and free parking. Non smoking individuals who are clean and tidy. Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen areas. Surrounding bus stops from 2-8 minutes away, all which take you to the Universities, beach and town centre. 15/20 minutes walk to the seafront and town centre, 10 minutes by bus. Train station 6 minutes away. Local shops 2 minutes away. I am a live in landlord, which also means if there are any repairs needed it will be done, DBS checked, EF Family Host, yearly boiler and all safety checked you are also covered by a Solicitor approved SpareRoom Lodger Contract. My small Yorkshire terrier dog is now 15 years old so is quiet and will not disturb anyone. Up to a 7 months stay. You are more than welcome to contact me with any questions or to view the room/flat.
