There is a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate toilet and a kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and washing machine. Two bus stops are close to the house: a 5B every 10 to 20 minutes - ideal when it's raining! There is a pharmacy, surgery, grocery, takeaway and two railway stations a few minutes' walk away. The rent is £140 a week for the single room or £250 a week for a couple in the larger rooms.
