The house is situated a 1-minute walk from London Road station and the Level. There are four bedrooms. with the one being advertised being the largest. This makes it ideal for a couple, but will happily have a single tenant so long as they are happy to pay the full rent!
The house has been recently renovated so everything is modern and new. It has a large bathroom with a bath and separate shower. There is a great sized kitchen and living room. We have a garden and porch out the front- amazing for the summer days!
We are laid back sociable housemates who also appreciate some downtime and respect each other's space and boundaries.
