Two Cooperative supermarkets round the corner - nice pubs and restaurants. Seven dials is a very nice area to be living in with just 10 minutes walk to ChurchLil Square - 5 minutes to the train station - seconds away from bus stops and shops/restaurants/pubs.
The flat is well kept, central heating - power shower over bath tub - plenty of lights, double glazing, new kitchen and comfortable lounge.
We are looking for a third lodger that is a No Smoker (or smoke outside flat in downstairs common patio); a professional and clean as you go type of person .... - sorry no students.
Rent includes Water - WI-FI - Council Tax and Water.
