We are looking for 1 new housemate to join our lovely house. We are 3 professionals between 37-56 Will & Mike & Magdaelna and ideally, we are looking to continue a mixed gender house.
The house:
3 story house in a quiet road by the Duke of York Cinema
3 bedrooms in the main house with an annex with its own bathroom on the back (Mike lives there)
lounge
Kitchen of course
Large bathroom with shower & bath (shared by 3)
Additional small toilet
Washing machine
Tumble dryer

Room: (North facing) £425 per month
Small/medium single room - located on the 2nd floor - fits a double bed
Plenty of shelves for storage
Room is unfurnished

Current housemate is sadly moving back home to Surrey.

The current lodgers:
Of the 'creative' breed - but not of the pretentious variety. Very easy going, all with our own little design/arty projects and jobs on the go. We don't gather every night to sip wine, but not adverse to socialising (we do get on really well) Wine sipping is not off the table.

Boring but all-important bits:
No pets
No couples
No never ending parties
No bad people
No Students (sorry it’s the council tax thingy)

Gas /electric/ Wifi /council tax – all split 4 ways

First month rent + 1 month advance is all that is asked upon moving in (no agency fees) we have an amazingly chilled landlady (a rarity) , who lives nearby and quick to respond .

We are looking for someone laid back, warm, and easy going, to join us and hopefully want to help make the house a nice little home for us all.
