Spacious double room in lovely house by Lewes road

We are looking for a third housemate in a large fully furnished room with king size bed available in a lovely house. Each room is fully furnished, kitchen includes lots of storage for everyone, fridge, dish washer, washing machine, oven and gas hob. Living room has large sofa to relax and a beautiful view on Bevendean natural reserve hills. The house also comes with a garage and lovely garden that can be great for bbqs with gardener paid for by landlord. Communal areas are kept tidy and clean.

The area is a quiet and relaxing place with shops such as Aldi or Sainsbury a few minutes away. For going out a few minutes away there is also the really cool Gladstone pub with weekly live shows. Commuting to university or city center is also very convenient with bus or train that get you there in about 15 minutes.

We welcome people from all genders, class and ethnicity. The house will probably particularly suit graduate, postgraduate or other mature student. Non students are also welcome with council tax arrangements to be discussed.

Both housemates, Guillaume and Gizem, are studying at Sussex university. Gizem is doing an MSc in conservation biology and Guillaume is doing a PhD in cognitive science. We like a laid back and sociable atmosphere but also respect others housemate need for space and privacy.
