We have a single sunny room in a friendly professional house share, close to the town centre - London Road shops area, The Level and 7 minutes walk to Brighton train station. Hanover area.
Although very close to town centre, it's a quiet location.

£300 per room per month
plus bills (roughly about £80 per person per month - that includes council tax, gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi).
Private landlord, no agency fees.

House equipped with all facilities, wi-fi, large kitchen, washing machine, two toilets and one bathroom with a bath and shower.
Room furnished with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Looking for a mature, tidy, quiet professional person for long term stay.
