Double room with a large double glazed south facing window which catches a lot of sun! It is lovely and bright, comes with a comfy double bed, chest of drawers, a desk and a long wall mirror. Room dimensions: 10'x 9'10 (3.05mx 3.00m).

The living room is nice and spacious with new furniture and a dining area. There's a good sized kitchen with a washing machine, fridge/freezer and lots of cupboard space.

The flat is ideally located close to 7 dials on a nice quiet, family-orientated street with lots of parks and green spaces nearby. There is on-street parking for those with cars and no waiting list as the flat is in zone O. The flat is a short drive to the motorway for those commuting via car and the nearest bus stop is a minute walk away. Brighton station is less than a 10 min walk, 15 mins walk to the beach/town centre.

Current flatmate is a relaxed, easing going and professional who works at the hospital. looking for a tidy, friendly and relaxed housemate who’s easy to get along with.
