Room with a view available July - September

Pleasant room available July 14th - September 1st in warm & friendly Hanover house. The room is simply furnished with a small (and super comfy) double divan bed, cloth wardrobe, bedside table, built in desk and small hand basin. There is additional storage in the divan bed drawers. The room has a lovely view over Brighton and gets afternoon and evening sun; the house is clean and recently decorated, we have wooden floors, large kitchen, washing machine, bath & shower, fast wifi and a beautiful & sunny garden.
The area is safe and friendly with lots of local shops, pubs & cafes and 5 minutes away from Queens Park. We are very well situated, 15 minutes walk from the town centre, beach and railway station and 5 minutes walk from most major bus routes. The university is 20 minutes away by bus and buses run every 10 minutes.
The rent includes all bills, £130 per week. Deposit negotiable.
