Although this is a flat-share, you'll actually have the whole space to yourself for much of the time.

Our apartment is situated in a well maintained Victorian building on the seafront in Kemp Town.

Your bedroom is a large double and we've marked the advert as 'en suite' because for most of the time, you'll be the only person/people in residence. The room is currently furnished with a double bed (and wonderful Eve mattress). If you're after twin beds/2 singles, let us know as we might be able to juggle things for you. The bedroom is large enough to accommodate twin beds without being cramped.

The flat is fully furnished. It has central heating, and hot water on demand. We have wireless broadband, TV (Netflix, etc), washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen has kettle, toaster, induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

We have a small outside patio area also.

All the bills you'd usually have to cover yourself are included in the rent: council tax, electricity, gas, water, broadband, TV.

Parking: although we don't have on-site
parking, you should be eligible to apply for a resident's permit for parking in the surrounding streets. See Brighton and Hove council's website for up-to-date info.
We know how important it is for the whole family to stay together, so we're happy to consider well-behaved pets too.
