double room with a view

About the house:

A kitchen which contains, washing machine, A large American style fridge/freezer with plenty of room for four people. The kitchen leads out onto the garden which contains a shed with potentially room for a bike.

There is a large lounge/ dining room with a wood burner, out of tune piano (soon to be tuned) and a sofa bed.

The bathroom has a bath and shower separately. Hoping to add a downstairs toilet at some point this year.

The room includes a double bed, chest of drawers and a shelf with a clothes rail attached. It has amazing views across Brighton and gets the evening light. All bills included, available from now!

The housemates:

I am Lou, I am a junior doctor working at the local hospital. When not busy working I like being outdoors whether that’s walking our dog or on on my bike.

Chris runs a landscaping company and spends most of his spare time mountain biking or trials riding .

Chris and I are a couple who have a very lovely but lazy greyhound so you would have to be willing to share the sofa with her.

Am is moving in on the 25/4/2022 :)

We are both vaccinated/ boosted and would prefer to live with people who are fully vaccinated (or medically exempt).

We would like to create a sociable household where we would enjoy the occasional roast/film/pub quiz/bbq together but also value each others space.
