We are Paula & Jorge, and we are looking for a professional lodger.
The property is less than a 5-minute walk from Brighton Train Station and main London Road bus stops, so it's perfect for commuters, and its location is great to enjoy of Brighton's City Centre without having to be far from home.
The room is a very bright, modern, comfortable and cosy double bedroom which has its own bathroom and that is already furnished as in the pictures. Includes a double bed, double wardrobe with set of drawers, TV, desk and its own Wi-Fi extender.
The kitchen is an open kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven/hob, dishwasher and washing machine.
We are now a family of three, and we are live-in landlords in our two-bedroom flat, meaning you will be sharing common space with us, our baby girl, and our cat.
We keep the flat in a clean and tidy state, so it's important for us to live with someone who appreciates this, who would considerate living in a small family environment, and who feels comfortable maintaining the same level of cleanliness and tidiness we keep our home.

Viewings are flexible and can be arranged during weekdays.

Short-Term Rentals:
For short-term stays (3 months or less, with a minimum stay of 1 month), the rate is £50 per night, and for agreements up to 6 months, the rate is £45 per night. This is a great rate for those looking for short-term accommodation without paying high Airbnb prices.
For long-term arrangements, if the agreement is terminated before the 3rd or 6th months, the nightly rate will be recalculated accordingly, and the difference deducted from the initial deposit.
