One double bedroom available in 2bed flatshare

Hello! I'm looking for a new flatmate to move in mid August. The flat is a 10 minute walk from Brighton station, 30 mins walk to the sea and 5 mins walk to Preston Park. The room available is a medium/large double (by Brighton standards), it is mostly unfurnished. Bills are not included in rent - these come to about £100 a month (depending on season - gas, electric, water, council tax, internet etc).

I am 25, working 9-5 in Brighton. I'm veggie (but fine living with meat-eaters), I like pubs (not a clubbing person), enjoy art, reading and travelling :)
