Hello! I'm a 26 year old guy in a really nice 3 bed flat share where I've lived for 18 months.

I'm looking to form a new group of 3 as 2 of my sharers are leaving in January. A friendly 25 year old female has just booked the ensuite room so I'm just looking for a sharer for the third room now.

The third room does not have an ensuite but has use of a lovely large bathroom with bath and over shower used by just one other tenant (me).

The room is for single occupancy only (sorry no couples), to be let furnished and not available before the 8th January.

It's a great spot with a bus stop on the doorstep that takes you straight into town and beyond. Only about a 10 minute walk to Preston Park train station too.

I'm an easy going down to earth guy, but appreciate having a clean and tidy space. If you fancy hanging out that's great, but equally open to someone who likes their space and is a little quieter.

This bedroom is furnished and has lots of storage space which includes a double lift up ottoman bed, a double fitted wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, a bedside table, a desk with chair on wheels, modern vertical blinds and full length mirror plus smaller wall mirror.

To rent a room, you would be credit checked and referenced by the landlord which would include you providing proof of income and a reference from your current landlord/agent.
