The house will be home to you, another student, me and the most important resident. - my dog.

The room has good quality furnishings, desk, mattresses and bedding

You have your own shower room with sink and loo

This room would suit a lodger who is serious and wants a quiet, warm, safe, tranquil calm home with 24/7 hot water and fast WiFi to which to come back

EC and the railway station
Bus routes to Falmer/Moulsecoomb around the corner.

Cafes, shops and the nightlife Brighton is famed for are footsteps away.

The railway station and bus stops linking you to all parts of the city are five minutes away.

Major supermarkets and the independent food shops are just around the corner.

I don't ask for a deposit as I like to treat people as adults.

All I ask for is photo ID and student status, right to live in UK.
