Single room in prime location - Brighton

Me and my housemates (1 female and 2 males), working professionals aged +30 are looking for a new housemate to move into our shared house in the center of Brighton.

The single room available is small but cozy and unfurnished, but the previous housemate is willing to sell their bed.

Rent is £357 + bills (council, water, energy, internet).

The house offers a large living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen (washing machine and dishwasher), and a charming retro patio. Our location is excellent, close to all amenities and public transport.

The room and location would suit a single mature person who is working in the city centre or a professional commuter - no students, please.

There are the normal house rules, we like to stay tidy and would expect that from whoever moves in. You must be willing to help with the cleaning rota and respect shared spaces. This is a peaceful home, not a party house. Smoking is allowed outside on the retro patio only - drugs not allowed.

The move-in date is slightly flexible between early and mid August.
