The room available has massive built-in cupboards/wardrobes. Very large bed and large chest of drawers but I'd be happy to replace with standard size double bed and desk if required.

Shared living space -wood-burning stove :) / kitchen/bathroom. It's a warm well insulated house.

Large garden.

Really easy access to University. It's just 4 mins walk to the bus stop, where buses go direct to the campus/Mouslecomb/Falmer. On a bike it's about 20 minutes. From this same bus stop buses go direct into town - 20 mins to Old Steine.

Unrestricted street-parking outside the house. Washing machine/dishwasher/super fast broadband. Modern/new bathroom with great shower over the bath.

It's a relaxed vibe here but it's not a party house. This isn't a place for night owls- as we need to get up early for work. The shared living room/kitchen has a couple of comfortable sofas, a small tv, a great hifi and a woodburning stove. It's a very comfortable place to hang out and chat while cooking, or to watch a film etc.
