Double room in home (occasional visitors) for rent

Terrace house with single mum and two grown up young adults who occasionally come to stay (not often)to share during the week. The room has a sink, wardrobe. It is next door to a fairly newly fitted shower room which is occasionally shared with visitors although there is another bathroom on another level for the family to use also. You would also benefit from the use of the back garden which has an eating area. Fresh linen would be provided on a fortnightly weekly basis if required.

I would be open to Monday to Friday lets at a lower rent of £600 PCM.

The property is about a 5 minute walk to the seven dials shops, 15 minutes to the station and a half hour walk to the seafront. It is a very family orientated area with a community feel.

I teach piano to students which is why the lounge is out of bounds unfortunately and occasionally write music of an evening.
