Short let - Central Brighton Attic room ensuite

Short let, in our furnished attic room sharing rest of house with one other permanent female lodger, whilst we are away. We ask for your support with watering our house plants and pots in garden, whilst we are away.
Our preference is for a young Professional woman of 26yrs plus, who is working and who can provide us with a reference, and also for more mature women up to 45yrs

this is a Short let only - Suitable for someone between places / in transition

Move in date 27th May for 8 weeks only until we return 27th July

Attic room with your own separate dressing room and en-suite shower/toilet below on 1st floor, and you will be sharing rest of the house with our permanent lodger

10 minute walk to seafront, and close to Queens park, easy walking distance also to North Laines, shops and central Brighton, and to railway station with fast links to London

all usual amenities with good speed WiFi
front and back garden
