One house mate needed!

Looking for somebody to join myself and 3 others at 95 beaconsfield villas BN16HF. The house is a short walk to both London road station and Preston park with bus links into town and to the uni. We (three guys and one girl) are all going into our second year and are very chill, enjoying both nights in and out. we are looking for someone who is also quite laid back. The room is a double and the house has large communal areas. there is one main bath room and separate shower room and toilet. There is also a cleaner that comes regularly to clean the communal areas.
