Couple looking for a third wheel

Hey! So we are Marnie and Nadia a queer couple living at a flat on Dyke road.
We are looking for a third person (preferably a girl) to move into the double room in our new home. No couples sorry!
We're a really laid back pair, who enjoy going to the pub, chilling out, going on walks and watching Netflix. We have a cozy living room where we spend most of our time whilst in Lockdown as it’s. nice space to chill/work in. We are both veggie/vegan.
Nadia is a sound technician currently commuting to London and Marnie is
working in the Probation service and have been working remotely part-time over the last few months.
As we both work full-time we would really like a professional, someone whose up for having a laugh and some bevs.
We are up for hanging out with our new flatmate in the lounge or going to the pub, but we also do love our own space and will respect yours!
Theres a super nice balcony looking out onto Dyke road park and there are buses literally outside the flat! Brighton station is only a 15 minute walk away and you can be in central Brighton in 15 minutes.

We are looking for someone for a 3 month rolling contract, after the 3 months we can see if we all still like it and then carry on the contract so theres no long commitment or pressure.
