No requirement for a third party personal rent guarantee, but a £250 deposit is payable in advance which is placed in a UK Government deposit scheme separately.

There are currently four male students and one female student in situ. The current tenants have requested they would probably prefer a balance of another female to fill the house, but it's not a deal breaker.

This is a nice furnished six bedroom student house with high speed internet within a short walking distance of both Universities and Aldi, Costa Coffee etc off the Lewes Rd.

Every room is fully furnished with own double bed, wardrobe/clothes rail, desk, chair, cupboard and good window blinds for added privacy to suit University students.

It has an enclosed rear garden useful for exercising, barbeques etc. Although a non smoking house, there is a back garden if you do smoke.

There are two showers and three toilets in the house and an external cleaner comes once a month for the communal areas which is included in the rent.

All the rooms have double beds and are furnished to suit University students.

The local council letting licence will only allow full time students. In order to get free council tax.
