Hi, there is nearly immediate availability (moving in from 15 December to 30 December 2023) at £650 monthly in advance for a full time student who is currently studying to include all utility bills (except TV licence) for the full remainder of the 2023/2024 academic year to 28 August 2024.
There is no requirement for a third party personal rent guarantee, but a £250 deposit is also payable in advance which is placed in a UK Government deposit scheme separately.
The room in Brighton has become free as one of the students has now decided to intermit University this year and re-start in Sept 2024, hence the unexpected availability.
There are currently five male students remaining in the property all aged between 22 & 26 and they are seeking a sixth student to fill the house.
This is a nice furnished six bedroom student house with high speed internet within a short walking distance of both universities and Aldi, Costa Coffee etc off the Lewes Rd. It has an enclosed rear garden useful for exercising, barbeques etc. Although a non smoking house, there is a back garden if you do smoke.
There are two showers and three toilets in the house and an external cleaner comes once a month for the communal areas which is included in the rent.
All the rooms have double beds and are furnished to suit University students. My council letting licence will only allow full time students. In order to get free council tax- this is the local Brighton & Hove criteria.
Students must currently be on a full time course to get the discount.
A full time course must last at least one calendar year or one academic year, and consist of at least 21 hours study per week.
