Cute small double room fully furnished with views available beginning beginning of June.

This room is in a 3 bedroom house, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, garden & balcony. It will be shared with two other males and a female in their mid-late 20s to early 30s.
We are all working professionals, friendly and easy going.

Our ideal lodger/housemate would be a student or working professional, clean, tidy, respectful & a dog lover 🐶

Location & Transport:
House is located in Hollingdean - BN1 7FJ.
There is plenty of FREE off street parking outside the house.
Train station (Moulsecoomb) is a 5 min walk from the house.
Bus #50 just around the corner which takes you into town.
Brighton Uni is a 10 min walk away.

PERFECT location for anyone going to Brighton or Sussex Uni. Also good for commuters working in London.

About us:

I run a doggy business (hence why you would need to be a dog lover!), and studying Canine behaviour.

Jon works as a Ophthalmic technician and is studying Ophthalmology.

Our lodger is a lovely chap from Japan that has come here to study English and has just gotten a job as a sushi chef!

Molly - cocker spaniel (dog), she is the boss of the house , careful though - she is the sock thief/fairy.

As a household we enjoy playing board games together, watching movies on our evenings off, cooking, listening to music, and having big chats about the world, haha.

We are not a party house, but we do enjoy socialising and celebrating big events!

Everyone cleans up after themselves and keeps the place clean and tidy. This is super important to us as its a shared house and there are dogs in the house. But also, ain't nobody got time for a messy/dirty house.
