Double room in houseshare with Garden

Hi there,

We have a double room available in our lovely three bedroom house in the Lewes Road/Park Crescent area of Brighton.

We have a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen which leads to a west facing patio area with seating and gas BBQ. You're welcome to add to the garden and help establish it further. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are all fully furnished and stocked.

The room itself is a bright double room on the first floor. It's unfurnished but the person leaving can sell the bed frame for 30£ if you wanted it. There is also a wardrobe outside the room and storage space in the house. The room will be painted back to white. As well, if you needed to move a few days before the 11th, it could be arranged!

We're looking for someone who likes their home to be a place to relax and looks after the house, keeping it clean and tidy.

We are independent but we also like to spend our time together in the evenings watching TV or chatting with a glass of wine. We have people round occasionally and would like you to feel like you can do the same.

The house is owned by a private landlord who is very responsive. They will require references (work and previous landlord) and a months rent as a deposit (£500) which is held in a deposit protection scheme. There are no fees for moving in. Bills are managed by ourselves and work out at less than £100 per month (council tax, water, wifi, gas, electric).
