Great top floor room on Hartington Road in a lovely three story house with garden and driveway. You will be joining three lovely housemates who all work in the Brighton area. I am moving to London for work, so will be subletting you this room for the remainder of the contract (until March 2021) - the Landlord has given written permission for this. After the contract runs out in March 2021 you will then of course be able to sign the new contract and be a full tennant. During the subletting period you would for all intents and purposes be the tenant, just not on paper until the current contract ends. It's a spacious room on its own floor, its great house with great people and a garden space round the back.
