Great 4-bed house with garden at the top of Hanover with three young professionals (aged 29, 32 & 25) who work in hospitality, logistics & education. We all get along very well; our hobbies include playing music, paddleboarding & mountainbiking, and two of us are vegetarian. House is sociable but in the week especially needs to be quiet 11pm-8am. We also like to keep the place clean!
Looking for someone of a similar age who can sign a one-year contract (including deposit). If you're not working full-time, you'll probably need a UK-home-owning guarantor (unless you pay for 6/12 months upfront). Council tax, bills & broadband normally comes to around £80-90. House is non-smoking and you'll need references.
