Within 50 yards there is a supermarket, a laundrette, a newsagent, cafes, a small park, and buses to all parts of Brighton.
If you can stretch your legs to a few hundred yards you will find the sea, all the amenities of Kemp Town with its numerous shops cafes and restaurants, and indeed the city centre is only a couple of minutes away on foot.
Suitable for one single person.
The room is in a quiet 6 bedsit house with friendly people but please note this is an individual room not a houseshare.
The house is well maintained and has a live in cleaner.
Ample shared bathroom facilities.
The rent is £450 per calendar month.
This includes water rates and council tax. There is wifi in the house.
The only bill you will ever need to pay is the electricity which is paid over the internet with a credit card.
Usual six month agreement, renewable.
The rent is payable monthly in advance on the first of the month.
(Most people pay by standing order.)
There is no deposit and no agent´s fees but we ask people to pay the first and the last months rent in advance.
