Great flat looking for lovely housemate

Inc bills! Looking for a great housemate! Large double room with in built wardrobes for rent in a spacious modern flat. This room is £700 per month with £700 deposit, with own private bathroom, with bath and shower. Sharing with one other young professional girl. Next door to preston Park, with sainsburys local close by, large supermarkets 5 minutes drive, to the laines is a 40 minute walk, with buses and brighton bikes across the road and preston Park train station 5 minutes walk away.

I'm looking for a like minded housemate who enjoys socialising but not a party animal. I'm clean, tidy and respectful and would expect the same from my new housemate.

Local parking has no permits. I like to chill and watch TV in the evenings when I get in from work later. Kitchen is well equipment with dishwasher, washing machine etc, also has a private decked area out the front.
