This is a quiet household with everything included. Whilst we have a community minded approach, we tend to keep ourselves to ourselves.

I treat the rooms like a hotel. If we need anything I get it.

Room has double bed, desk, light, wardrobe, bookcase., recently serviced double glazing and anything else you might reasonably need.

Plenty of electrical sockets.

Ultra fast broadband (Virgin 350) as well as backup 5G Three mobile broadband.

ENERGY BILLS

I have put a lot of effort into minimising these.

The rent includes all bills with fair use applied. The room has its own meter so you will now your generous allowance of electricity of 100kW per month carried over.

From past experience this is more than enough for fair use of IR heater etc. and you should have nothing else to pay.

Washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

Fridge and freezer, microwave and all necessary kitchen utensils.

VERY QUIET HOUSEHOLD

We tend to keep ourselves to ourselves and appreciate the feeling of living on our own as it were even though we share the same home.

CLEANING

We have a cleaner that comes in every other week to do all the common parts and we each clean our own rooms. I do some interim cleaning of kitchen and bathroom.

DOGS

I have a 2 year old lab and a 6 month Cockapoo and would appreciate having someone that loves dogs and would like to be able to be friends with him but this is not necessary. It is only in emergencies.

You will seldom encounter him except on passing in stairs should that happen.

This is a very large spacious room and would suit someone who works from home.
