Hi. I am looking for a tenant to replace my current flat mate who is moving out just before Christmas.
The flat is located centrally just off Grand Parade with views of the Pavilion and Victoria Gardens from the living room. 5 minute walks to North Laines, North Street and London Road.
The room available is an unfurnished small double (viewing is recommended). There is 1 full bathroom in the property, bath with shower over, and a 2nd separate toilet and hand basin further through the flat. Fully furnished communal living space attached to kitchen.
All bills include in price which also includes WiFi.
I work as a full time restaurant manager so my hours can vary massively, however when I'm off I love cooking, looking after my plants and wandering around the Laines.
I'm a very communal person so ideally looking for balance with someone that enjoys sociable time at home but also space from each other every once in while!
