Room in central Brighton, near Grand Parade

Looking for someone to take over my room in an ideally situated area for Brighton University Grand Parade students, or those doing a placement at the hospital.

It's a single room, but it looks out over the garden and if you really crane your neck there's a view of the sea!
It's light and bright, with under bed storage and a good-sized desk. The house includes a bathroom and separate WC, a cheery kitchen, and a cosy living space. The house also has a garden (see pictures) which is lovely to go out in (weather dependent of course!)

Existing housemates are three wonderful, female 2nd-year students who like to spend time together in the evenings socialising or just staying in to watch TV.

Bills are not included in the rent, but the current housemates use a bills provider that charges £73 a month each on top of the rent. WiFi signal is strong throughout the whole house, and the Landlords are incredibly friendly and have sorted issues several times.
