Gold Studio apartment in an amazing location

I'm really sad to be saying goodbye to my gold studio apartment located on Lewes Road where i've been enjoying my time as a student these past few years.

It is in a pretty great location, easy access to both the University of Brighton and Sussex. A short bus ride to the town centre and a stones throw from a large Sainsbury's supermarket (there is also an ALDI around 5 minutes walk away).

There is a communal area on the ground floor, as well as a laundry room. The entrance also has the security desk, postboxes and CCTV. I never had any problems ordering things online and deliveroo riders always managed to find the building without any trouble.

Further down the road there are a number of shops (grocery stores, hairdressers, takeaways, restaurants etc.

All bills are included in the rent, I am quite flexible with the move in date (I just need to book my flight home).
