Due to personal circumstances I need to get out of my tennacy or for someone to swap rooms with me.
House has been refurbished in September, with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area and back. Rent is £590 a month as smallest room so the boys give £10 each contribution. Really good location opposite the level. Tennacy ends in August but the landlord may be open to staying on.
Housemates are 6 lovely boys who enjoy cooking, drinking, gaming and watching films together. They are really sociable buf respect peoples space if they do not wish to be social.
I really need this room gone so I am providing a £150 incentive to have the room taken and if someone moves in before January i will pay the first months rent too.
