Room 2 - (The empty one) The room is spacious and bright, with lots of storage space.
Both rooms are available asap.
Amazing location, house is just behind st Paul's street bus stop and 2 minute walk from Elm Grove bus stop. Shops are a 5 minute walk away (aldi, coop, sainsbury's).
Rent is £447.50 pm and bills are £66 pm.
Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.
House already has basic appliances (washing machine, microwave, toaster).
As a house we enjoy game nights and (when allowed) going to the pub. We are a group of friendly, clean people. Feel free to contact me with any questions :-)
