About us:

We are a house of 3 women ages 24 - 28 looking for a 4th to fill the last lovely room in the house! We have a great 4 bed house in Hanover, we love the area its a short walk to Brighton town, the beach and the bus stop to Sussex Uni where we all attend. We have lived in this house for a year and a half already and we love it, the landlady is amazing, really responsive and helpful! Any problems we have had with the house has been immediately dealt with and fixed as none of it is done through an agency.

We are a chilled house, very clean and tidy, we all enjoy having a meal and watch a film together every now and then, and we also love a trip to the pub or to watch live music. We aren't a party house but sociable and enjoy the occasional get together at the house.

About the house:

The house is 3 stories, 2 bedrooms on the top floor, 2 bedrooms on the street level floor then living area downstairs on the bottom floor (your room will be at the back of the house on the street level floor overlooking the patio)
The house includes:
open plan kitchen / diner / lounge area (with brand new induction hob)
washing machine & brand new dryer
patio garden
good sized bathroom with really nice walk in shower
newly painted and shutters fitted on all bedroom windows
(next doors cat comes to visit frequently!)

Bills not included - but wifi is £8.50 each, gas and electric £18.50 each, and water bill is £12.50 each pcm.

So with bills costs come to £581 pcm which is a fab price, hence we would love to stay!
