Good sized double room near Queen's Park in a 4 floor house with garden.
The room is furnished and ALL bills are included.

The house is shared with 8 others persons (4 females, 4 males) who are absolutely quiet, there is also a nice shared living room.

2 wash machines, 2 toilets, 3 showers and cleaner once per week (included in the bills !).

I'm a full time home office worker and I don't have any troubles with internet as the room have an ethernet cable and the house 2 internet boxes.

Very good location, Queen's park is at 5 minutes walk, the pier is at 20' and churchill 35'.
Post office, pubs and conveniance stores near the house and bus stop (pepper pot) just at the door.

My room will be available on 14/02/2021 but could be sooner if you need to.
