We have a spacious double room becoming available in our houseshare from 11th February (can be sooner if needed). The house is perfectly located in a quiet residential area between Seven Dials and Central Brighton Station, but is only a 10 minute walk to the town centre and the seafront - which is an absolute bargain for £425.

The room is available part-furnished and has loads of potential for personalising and making your own. Bills are under £50.

The house has a comfy lounge, two shared bathrooms, utility room with washer/dryer, as well as a garden terrace which has been ideal for summer lockdowns.

About the current household:
We are Covid-concious and look after our home, making sure the house is kept clean and tidy, so would like to live with someone who will help us keep it a comfortable place to live.

We are all a pretty easy-going, friendly bunch with a mix of backgrounds, including design, theatre, music and brewing.

We often spend evenings watching a movie together with a drink and like to have dinner together at weekends (which is a proper treat with Rufus' cooking skills!).

Due to the lockdown we will host initial online/ zoom viewings where we can meet each other and show you around the property and then, if you are still interested, we are happy to show you in person so you can get a proper feel of the place.
