Spacious double bedroom in Hanover, Brighton

Since I’m going to move on to new adventures, we’re pleased to announce that we want to welcome a new flatmate into a spacious double bedroom in a 6 bedroom house (converted from a bakery!)

The two bedrooms on my floor share a modern Jack and Jill shower room. As you go up the stairs to the room, there’s also a luxurious bathroom with a stand alone bath and double sink, shower and WC.

The kitchen and living room open-complex is spacious and comes fitted with a dish-washer. We even have a large skylight! There is an additional bathroom on the same floor, as well as a small laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

You would be sharing with 5 students, all of which are friendly, social, clean and considerate. We’re currently 4 females (including me) and two males, and don’t mind which gender you are. We’re also queer friendly, politically aware and love to have dinners / movie nights together when we can!

Important: The lease is technically from April-September, after which a new house will move in.
However, a February or March move-in is absolutely arrangeable; the only difference being that the first 2 month’s rent will be paid into my bank account.
