1 room available! looking for flatmates

Ayyy people! How are we all doing?! I know this is COvId times, but one of our flat mates are leaving our nest! And we need a new member to fill in the Gap! We are all chill people with all various interests so I’m sure you won’t find it hard to get along with AT LEAST! One person(You’ll get along with everyone though! trust! I’m a PhD student, so I should know). Here’s a breakdown of our house:

We’ve got 3 girls and 2 guys ranging from the US all the way to Zambia, so food is never a problem in this house. We have 2 vegetarians. we all study very different things with the 2 girls studying master degrees in anthropology, environmental policy and development. The two other guys study marketing and accounting.

We are a pretty calm and chill house with a lot of movie nights, drinks night, games, and take-away nights. We do also give each other time to ourselves so it’s always an inclusive environment.

-Bills are at £550 (excluding utilities, so rounds up to £600 with everything )
-We have 2 communal bathrooms and showers (6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms)
-other bedrooms have a shared bathroom on the first and second floor
-each room comes with a desk, chair and wardrobe

Age of tenants
(1) 23 yr old and (3) 24 year olds

Security deposit is negotiated with our landlord

-7minute walk from the beach
-15 minute walk from the train station
-right by the level!
-5 min walk to Aldi and Morrison’s
